Today was refreshing. It made me excited for next year and reaffirmed for me that I’m in the right field. I’m excited about having an intern and watching them grow and learn. I’ve reached the point where I’m comfortable letting someone else “steer the ship”, and I know we’ll both learn from each other. Having to evaluate lessons (and the teaching cycle in general), will make me be a better teacher, too!
I added another lesson about folklore. Check it out!
I am a 5th grade ELAR teacher in Waco, TX. I have taught 5th-12th grade, and I've decided to start a blog to share my lesson ideas, photos, videos and more with fellow teachers and parents.
I'm hoping I can help new teachers, inspire veteran teachers with new ideas, and have fun networking with others!
